Shipping Policy


  • Items are shipped countrywide as soon as they are picked and packaged in the warehouse.
  • We try our best to get your item to you within 4-10 working days.
  • Cost of delivery will be charged to the client and will be calculated at check out.
  • Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange delivery.
  • The person taking receipt of delivery of the item will have to sign a proof of delivery (POD).
  • Customer is required to inspect the items on delivery.
  • Customer to arrange the necessary access and to ensure that items will fit through the required doors, staircases and lifts.
  • The customer will be charged for additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries or access restrictions.

Exchanges and Returns:

  • Mwanzo Lifestyle understands the difficulty in inspecting an item when buying online.
  • As we would like you to feel confident purchasing from us we will accept returns under the following circumstances.

Return of defective or damaged stock:

  • Mwanzo Lifestyle will exchange or refund any defective or damaged item.
  • If your item has been damaged in transit please take a photo of the packaging and the damaged item and send it to within 48 hours.
  • The damaged item will have to be returned within 7 working days from date of delivery.
  • We will request the courier to collect the items and return it to us.
  • Once the defective or damaged item has been inspected by us we will notify you by email of our findings.
  • If the item is deemed defective the item will be replaced, if available, at no cost to you within 10-14 working days.
  • We will gladly refund you for the purchase in full if we are out of stock.


  • We will accept the return or exchange of purchased items within 7 working days from date of delivery.
  • The product must be in a saleable condition (i.e. not used); and boxed as it arrived.
  • The cost of returning the item to us will be for the customers account.
  • Please email to arrange your return.
  • Please include the following details in your email: copy of purchase email; reason for return; refund or exchange.
  • We will request the courier to collect the items and return it to us.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
  • Refunds are processed at month end and could take a few days to reflect.
